If you are thinking of alterations to your balcony/balconies you must contact the managing agent for permission. Enclosing balconies is not permitted. See the section on Alterations.

BBQ’s are not permitted on balconies.

It is important that you clear the drain on your balcony at regular intervals. Do not lay decking or other surfaces that impede the free runaway of water. If water collects on the balcony without draining away freely, it may seep or leak into the flat below and cause damage to the fabric of the building. If we have too many claims on the buildings insurance for such damage the insurance premiums may go up and consequently your service charges.
