There are storage spaces provided at the rear of the building for bicycles. From time to time Wilbury Grange (Hove) Ltd will clear the bicycle sheds of abandoned bicycles. Sufficient advance warning will be given before any clearance is undertaken.

Please use the bicycle sheds and do not attach bicycles to handrails etc. around the building. Bicycles which obstruct fire exits or escape routes or left in the grounds will be removed at the owner’s expense.

Bicycles should not be taken into the communal hallways, they must not be stored on balconies.

Please note that Wilbury Grange (Hove) Ltd nor its agents give any warranty whatsoever for the security of bicycles left or parked within the building or its grounds. All bicycles are therefore parked entirely at the owner’s risk and you should make adequate arrangements for insurance and security.
