It is recommended that you ask a friend or neighbour to hold a spare set of keys for your flat in the event of an emergency such as a leak, especially if the flat is unoccupied for any length of time. The Board of Directors keeps a Resident’s List, which includes details of spare key holders, strictly for emergencies.
