Moving in or out
- Removal lorries are permitted to park in the courtyard while you are moving in or out. Contact the managing agent for a permit. 24hrs notice is required.
- Heavy furniture should be carried up the stairs.
- Please do not obstruct or prop open the lift doors.
- Please take care and lay protective sheets on the floors.
- Contact the managing agent for advice on how the electric entrance doors can be left open for the duration of your move.
- Residents will be liable for the costs of repair or cleaning if your removers damage the carpets, lifts or walls in the common ways.
