Pets
The lease permits the keeping of pets, but it can only be done with the written consent of Wilbury Grange (Hove) Limited. It should not be assumed that consent is automatic, and further, it will be withdrawn if there is any nuisance.
Exercising of pets should be done away from the building. Fouling of any of the gardens and the surrounding areas is a health hazard and is not acceptable.
